If your dog manages to chew up and destroy one of our crate pads within 200 days of receipt, we'll happily provide a one-time replacement of the complete pad. It's that simple. 

*** Please understand that although we sell these as durable and chew resistant, no dog bed or pad is 100% indestructible or completely chew proof. We do however feel and know that these pads offer a great option for dogs that are heavy chewers.

To file a claim, contact us at support@bullybeds.com to notify us of the issue.  We'll need pictures of the destroyed bed and will require it be shipped back to us.
