Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, though we may use other carriers when needed to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Free & Paid Shipping

Free shipping is available within the continental USA.

Additional shipping charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and international orders and are calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Email support@bullybeds.com for a quote.
Important Note on Expedited Shipping
Expedited transit times begin once the carrier scans the package, not when the order is placed.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
International shipping does not include duties or import taxes.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your bed upon delivery. Any damage or mis-delivery MUST be documented and reported to support@bullybeds.comwithin 48 hours.
Remove the cover and verify that the foam and fabric are in new condition.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Bully Beds is not responsible for packages that are:

Stolen after delivery

Misplaced by a building or mailroom

Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Please double-check your shipping address and ensure the delivery location is secure.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we will assist in locating it, but we cannot issue a replacement if it is not recovered. We need to be notified with 48 hours of any issues with delivery so as to have a chance to solve the issue.
Order Cancellations After Shipment
If an order is canceled after it has shipped or is in transit, the customer is responsible for:

Any carrier recall or reroute fees

All outbound and return shipping charges
