Shipping/Delivery Policy

Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. During busy periods, orders may take a little longer to leave the warehouse.  All orders ship via UPS or Fedex Ground, but reserve the right to use any and all shipping options available to get our products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Free shipping is available in the lower 48 states. There is an additional shipping charge for Hawaii, Alaska, Canadian and international orders. These charges are added at checkout. Upgraded shipping options are available for an additional cost. Contact us at support@bullybeds.com if you'd like to expedite your order and we can let you know the additional cost. Expedited shipping starts from the time the carrier has scanned your package and not from the time the order is placed. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. International order shipping does not include duties.

Upon delivery, please inspect your bed to make sure it is free of damages. Any damage must be noted and emailed to support@bullybeds.com within 48 hours of arrival. Take off the cover and inspect to make sure nothing has been torn or is in less than new condition.

Please note, we are not responsible for and cannot replace items stolen or misplaced from your delivery address. International orders are responsible for all duties.  We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or address changes after the order has shipped.  Please be sure to double check your shipping address and confirm it will go to a safe and secure location to avoid these issues.  Upon delivery confirmation of your order provided by our chosen shipper, we will do our best to help locate your order if a problem arises, but we cannot replace the item if it's not recovered.  Orders cancelled prior to arrival, but after shipment from our warehouse, will be subject to any recall fees charged by our shipper along with the actual shipping charges.
