Bully Beds Return/Shipping Policy
From the time of delivery of your bed, you and your dog have a full 30 days to try the bed out in your home. During that time, please try to save the original box and packaging. If you choose to return the bed, we will happily take it back for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us directly at email@example.com so we can assign a return number to you. Any returns received without a return number cannot be accepted. Beds returned after the 30 day shipping window are not eligible for a refund. Free return shipping is not eligible for international orders or orders placed outside of the continental USA. Any beds that have been ordered after a return are no longer eligible for free return shipping and will incur a twenty five percent restock fee. Once a bed is exchanged, we can no longer offer a refund, but only one more exchange. Additional shipping charges for international orders unfortunately cannot be refunded. Once we assign you a return number, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you. Please make sure to package the bed back in the original box as best you can per our instructions. If the original box is no longer available, you may use another box. Any beds not returned in the original box must have the dimensions approved by a Bully Bed representative to confirm it's not oversized. UPS/Fedex charges by dimensional weight, so if a bed is shipped in an oversized box, the shipping cost can easily exceed $100 just for the return or even more. Beds shipped back in oversized boxes not approved by Bully Beds are not acceptable. The actual cost we incur on shipping these oversized boxes back will be deducted from the return credit.
We will gladly accept a bed with a little drool, but we cannot accept beds that are ripped or torn in any way or beds that have evidence of urine, feces or vomit anywhere on the covers or the foam or beds that have a strong odor. Beds that have had the Bully Bed tag removed cannot be returned. Beds with strong odors or overly filthy cannot be returned and will not be accepted upon inspection. Once the bed is received back in acceptable condition, we will arrange a full refund within 5-8 business days via your method of payment. Clearance, open box beds or any beds sold with a 20% or greater discount are final sale items and are not eligible for return or refund.
Most orders ship out same day or within 1-2 days of receipt of the order. We ship primarily via Fedex, but reserve the right to use any and all shipping options available to get our products to you as quickly and safely as possible. We cannot control delays or mistakes made by our chosen shipper (UPS, Fedex, USPS or other), but will do our best to correct their mistake as quickly as possible. Please note that if you choose expedited shipping, that shipping service starts when the bed actually ships from our warehouse and not the day the order was placed. Expedited shipping and international shipping charges are not refundable in the case of a return.
Please note, although we offer free returns on our beds, all replacement covers, blankets, travel accessories, supplements and waterproof liner sales are final. Covers may only be exchanged in the case of incorrect sizing.
Please note, we are not responsible for and cannot replace items stolen or misplaced from your delivery address. This includes mailrooms and any designated package drop offs at your residence. Nor are we responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or address changes after a product has shipped from our warehouse. Please be sure to double check your shipping address and confirm it will go to a safe and secure location to avoid these issues. Upon delivery confirmation of your order provided by our chosen shipper, we will do our best to help locate your order if a problem arises, but we cannot replace the item if it's not recovered. Orders cancelled prior to arrival or after shipment from our warehouse, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Details are outlined below.
CHANGING, ALTERING OR CANCELING AN ORDER THAT HAS SHIPPED OR ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED
If you need to cancel an order after it has already shipped, we are forced to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value. Once an order has left our warehouse, we are automatically charged for outbound shipping and then for return shipping upon cancellation. UPS/Fedex also charges a re-route or address change fee that we also incur. This 20% fee also applies to customer requests for cover color changes after a bed has been delivered. We work on low margins and are a small, family-run business, therefore we cannot absorb these costs. We appreciate your understanding.
