Bully Beds Return/Shipping Policy
30-Day Home Trial
You and your dog have 30 days from delivery to try your Bully Bed.
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the bed must be:

Returned in the original box
-
Clean and free of damage (no rips, tears, chew marks, stains, odors, urine/feces/vomit)

With all tags attached
Beds showing any damage or contamination are not eligible for return.
If You Don’t Have the Original Box
We can still provide a return label, but:

A 20% restocking fee applies

The replacement box must be approved by Bully Beds
-
Box cannot exceed 34" x 24" x 24" (oversized boxes are not accepted and will not qualify for a refund)
Any oversized shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Number (RA) obtained by emailing support@bullybeds.com.
Returns submitted without an RA or after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Free return shipping applies only to orders within the continental USA.
Orders placed after a return, or within 30 days of a previous return, incur a 25% restocking fee and do not qualify for free return shipping.
Once a bed has been exchanged or returned, only one additional exchange may be offered (no refunds after an exchange).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–8 business days to the original payment method.

Dog Crates
Dog crates must be returned:

Clean and undamaged

Free of odors, stains, or bodily fluids
A $50 return fee applies, and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days via FedEx (or other carriers as needed).
We cannot control carrier delays but will assist in resolving issues.
Expedited shipping timeframes begin when the order ships, not at checkout.
Expedited and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot issue refunds for items in transit—they must first be delivered and processed through our standard return procedure.
Non-Bed Items (Covers, Blankets, Accessories, Supplements)
These items are final sale unless unopened and unused.
Unopened returns are eligible for exchange only and are subject to:

Customer-paid return shipping

A 20% restocking fee minus outbound shipping costs
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Stolen after delivery
-
Misplaced by a mailroom or building
-
Delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
We will assist in locating the package, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If an order has already shipped or been delivered, cancellations or address changes incur a 25% fee due to carrier charges and return shipping costs.
This includes requests to change bed cover colors after delivery.
