"Ordered this for our senior lab and unfortunately she passed before we could use it. Reached out to the customer service team and they replied with a very compassionate response and cancelled the order no questions asked. We really appreciated the grace and kind words. Thank you again for the kindness."
"The beds are made of a good quality material, but it would be better if there was a way to secure it to the bottom of the crate. My boxer dug at the corners and got it completely flipped up and was on the other side of it in the crate. She was also able to get to the back of it and undo the velcro that keeps the cover on. My Cane corso mastiff was able to chew 2 of the 4 corners of it in just a matter of days, so I think it depends on the breed as to how chew proof the bed/fabric is."
"Dog took right to his new bed. So far, no chewing."
"Nice looking pad. Bought 3 for 3 different crates. . . but. . . The corners are just as susceptible to chewing as other cheaper pillow pads. Wanna be chew proof should be the name. 2 hours later corners/stuffing out. . ."
"Now is is the 2nd pad we got. He was able to get to the seam on the back and shredded the foam. Now this time it’s better. No problems so far. But our Cane Corso is only sleeping in the crate at night."
"We have a rescue that had not ever been trained or socialized (Lab retriever) and she loves to shred blankets, pillows, anything soft and fluffy. After going through multiple cheap fluffy crate pads we got this. It's been perfect for her. I provides adequate orthopedic support and softness without being TOO soft and fluffy (which in my experience having several rescues just starts that "must destroy!" destuffing urge). She licked an sniffed at the corners but as they are vuilt so there is nothing for her really to grab onto, she just lost interest, and settled in to sleep, all comfy. We can leave her in the crate with the pad for several hours (not often, I'm retired) and she is still all happy and curled up on it when we return. "introduced our bed to our girl she seemed to love it. But the first time we used it in the crate she destroyed it. So no bed again. Guess we’ll keep looking. Or hopefully she will grow out of this stage."
"Happy"
"Seems to be holding. Our little Pittie-Dane has shredded everything she can since the day we rescued her."
