Please note that this is only a cover and not a complete crate pad. Covers ARE NOT under warranty for chewing, digging, scratching or any damage. If your dog manages to chew up and destroy one of our crate pads within 200 days of receipt, we'll happily provide a one-time replacement of the complete pad. It's that simple. 

*** Please understand that although we sell these as durable and chew resistant, no dog bed or pad is 100% indestructible or completely chew proof. We do however feel and know that these pads offer a great option for dogs that are heavy chewers.

To file a claim, contact us at support@bullybeds.com to notify us of the issue.  We'll need pictures of the destroyed bed and will require it be shipped back to us.
